Pricing

Rental includes the use of the customer pole barn, parking area, areas for tents and/or ceremonies, and all photo-op areas. Depending on weather and other conditions, a bonfire area is also included. 

3 Day Rental Package (Friday-Sunday) - $3,000.00

Friday- set-up, rehearsal and/or dinner

Saturday- Ceremony/Reception

Sunday- Clean-up

Site visits will be arranged on an individual basis

Policies

• Alcohol is permitted with an insurance policy purchased by the renter. A copy of the policy must be provided to Tollander Tree Farm management (Tollander Properties LLC). 

• Smoking is not allowed in the customer barn, old barn, or rental tents. There is a smoking area with ashtrays on the front porch of the customer barn. 

• Security is not provided as part of the property rental. Tollander Properties LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property belonging to participants or guests. 

• Damage- Property renters are responsible for the protection of all buildings, equipment, and furnishings both during preparations and the event. Renters will clean up all areas using provided trash bags and containers. Damage or loss will be billed to the renter. 

• Deposits and Cancellations- At the time of initial booking, a $1,500.00 & 25% non-refundable deposit is required for a 3 day package (total of $2,250.00), Any outstanding balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments made.
